Practical information

Your rental includes furniture (high tables, stools, coffee tables, chairs).

We will share with you the possible room configurations, and we will prepare everything for your arrival.

Room capacity: max 65 people

Formats: networking with high tables, conference with mixed chairs and high tables, meeting with low tables

Projector with giant screen, wireless microphones and sound system are also included.
Everything is functional upon your arrival and during your event.

Of course, we offer a great quality wifi connection, and we have a mobile whiteboard available.

Oztudio is located on Saint-Laurent Boulevard (in Mile End), and the room is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We take care of the purchase and service of drinks as we have a bar license. Of course, you can also ask us for special requests.

We leave filtered water available at all times.

We can recommend a local caterer for a local, gourmet, zero waste option, or you can choose your own.

Please note that we do not have a kitchen on site.

We can adapt to your schedule! We are open as needed, and for as long as you want.

Unfortunately, the law does not allow us to do so, as we have a liquor license. But rest assured, we make sure to serve you only good stuff at very good prices, and we have several formulas if you wish to offer a drink to your participants.

As soon as your reservation is made, we will provide you with a complete rental guide so that you don’t miss a single step and above all, don’t forget anything for the big day.

Of course! We will have 1 hour together to prepare your event, to use as you wish. If you need more, we have a tailor-made service offer. In any case, you will be able to count on our quick answers as the planning progresses.

Yes, at Oztudio there is always someone on our team to take care of your guests and assist you if needed, whatever your event.

Arrival time is possible 30 min before the beginning of your event without any charge. The room will be ready when you arrive, you just have to settle in and wait for your guests.
