A hybrid event is an opportunity to let your participants choose whether to attend in person or remotely.

This allows you to give access to your content to those who can not travel, without depriving others who want to meet “in person” to do so.

We will make sure that the experience is optimal for everyone regardless of their choice.

Practical information

User-friendly room

Our room will be configured to best accommodate your participants.

The bar or coffee counter will be open, to start and end the event on a friendly note.

The content will be displayed on our giant screen, with the PowerPoint, the remote participants or a mix of both. In one click, it’s easy for us to switch from one to the other.

Professional video studio

The cameras will be installed for the video capture (1 or 2 for the speaker, 1 for the room), we will make the changes of shots to make the virtual rendering dynamic.

The speakers will have their own microphone, and the audience will also be able to ask questions.

People at a distance will be able to ask their questions in person, or in the chat room according to your choice.

In a hybrid event, we make sure to:

    • Adapt the experience to be optimal for everyone, both on site and remotely (practical recommendations, preparation of speakers, etc…)
    • Set up the room according to your needs. As soon as you arrive, everything is ready.
    • To ensure the service of drinks in the room
    • To manage the technical control room

Depending on the nature of your event, you can have up to 50-60 people on site.

For the virtual, the number is unlimited.

Yes, of course! We adjust the price according to the duration of the virtual and face-to-face sessions. You can extend the face-to-face experience as much as you want (depending on our availability).

Yes, we use our other space “Au Petit Studio” on the 2nd floor as a dressing room and make-up area.

Absolutely. We will be able to display them on our big screen, and everyone will hear them in the room.

The arrival time is possible between 30 min and 1 hour before the event without any charge. The room will be ready when you arrive, the technical equipment will be connected, you just have to install your things and wait for your guests. We will give you a briefing to explain the process and the good practices.

The launch of my company, ada - Académie des Autonomes, went like a charm thanks to the versatility that Oztudio offers. It took place in two stages, a virtual part in order to reach self-employed workers across the province of Quebec and a second one in person with a 5@7.
